Soulful Chicken Char Siew (BBQ Chicken)

I have made Char Siew before but it was the pork version, this one is the chicken version. I used chicken thighs instead of pork and i just love it.

The recipe is the same with the previous Char Siew Recipe one that i made just substitute the pork with chicken thigh or chicken breast.
