Soulful Garlic Ginger Steamed Fish
Too much unhealthy food lately, it's time for some light and non greasy or cheesy food ;)
Bought this very cheap fish from market (cheap because it is uncleaned),it took me awhile to get it totally cleaned.
Ingredients:
1 fish of your choice
4 cloves chopped garlic
3 tbsp chopped ginger
1/4 cup coriander leaf (i used celery leaf)
1/2 cup sliced chinese mushroom
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp sesame oil.
1 dash of white pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
Method:
1. Put fish on the steam tray add all the ingredients in top of the fish except the coriander leaf.
2. Steam for 15min (depending on how big is your fish, always check with a fork until the flesh deteched from the bone)
3. Serve by sprinkle coriander leaf on top.
