Soulful Prawn Romano Cheese Sauce Spaghetti


200g spaghetti
3tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
125g button mushrooms, sliced
150g tiger prawns (de-vain and remove shell)
some rocket
1 bottle of San Rameo Romano Cheese Sauce
A pinch of parsley
A pinch of ground black pepper

1 Cook the spaghetti according to pack instructions. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan and gently fry the garlic for 1 min, add in prawn cook for about 3mins until prawn fragrant.
2. Remove prawn and set aside.
3 Add 2 tbsp of oil into frying pan, add in garlic and mushrooms and increase the heat slightly. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until mushroom soften. Stir in Romano cheese sauce and warm for 2 to 3 mins.
4. Add in prawns.
5. Add parsley and black pepper season to taste. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce, Add the rocket and toss well.
6. Serve.
