Soulful Beef Bak Kut Teh

Bak Kut Teh is one of Malaysia's famous national dish for the Chinese, it is a type of herbal soup that cook with pork. "Bak" means meat, "Kut" means bone, "Teh" means Tea in Hokkien dialect.

As i don't like pork i substitude it with beef, it tastes lovely.
